Welcome to the official online home of the Stonebridge Stingrays! We are a neighborhood swim team in Raleigh, North Carolina. We join other triangle area swim clubs participating in the Tarheel Swimming Association Summer League.

Welcome to Swim Team 2026!
My name is Kathryn White and I am the summer Swim Team Coordinator and Head Swim Coach for the Stonebridge Stingrays. We are ready to get back in the water for the 2026 Summer Swim Season! I would like to invite all swimmers ages 4 to 18 to join us for a fun filled summer. All swimmers should be able to swim 15 meters with limited assistance in order to qualify for swim team. The coaching staff will assess any swimmers who are not sure if they meet that requirement. If your child does not qualify, he or she can join the Junior Stingrays for more one-on-one instruction. Additionally, members of the coaching staff will be available for private lessons.
Summer swim team is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and build a love for swimming. Our season consists of 8 weeks of practice and 6 meets.
Our coaching staff is looking forward to teaching our swimmers in a positive and fun atmosphere. Coaches' bios can be found in the Coaches section of our website
